1. Service
MetaForge provides free browser-based developer, spreadsheet, file, image, PDF, and ecommerce utilities at https://www.metaforge.cn. Registration is not required for the currently available tools.
2. No warranty
The tools are provided as is, without express or implied warranties. We work to make conversions, parsing, calculations, and generated output accurate, but do not guarantee correctness in every file, browser, or edge case.
Verify generated expressions, configuration, spreadsheets, calculations, and converted files before using them in production or making business decisions. MetaForge is not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from use of the service to the extent permitted by law.
3. User responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Process confidential or personal data unless you are authorized to do so.
- Send abusive or unusually high-frequency automated requests to the site.
- Probe, scan, disrupt, or attack the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the tools in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
MetaForge branding, interface design, copy, and original site materials belong to their respective owners. You retain rights to the data you enter and the output generated from it; MetaForge does not claim ownership of that content.
5. Service changes
Tools and interfaces may be added, changed, suspended, or removed. Maintenance, upgrades, security events, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily interrupt access.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes related to these terms are subject to the competent courts where the MetaForge operator is located.
